Envisioning the Future of Service-
Learning/PBL and Making It Happen

We hope you will join us for a special professional development and strategic planning opportunity on Monday, April 3, from 4:30-7:00 p.m. at the Graf Center (2020 Builders Place, Columbus OH).  At that time, we will bring together service-learning building leaders and advocates from schools throughout our “Growing Together” Network to: (1) reflect on current accomplishments and needs in their own settings; (2) explore goals for the coming 1-2 years; (3) begin developing “sustainability plans” to ensure continued growth; and (4) identify ways that school administrators, community agencies, and our Network can support their efforts. Together, we’ll reaffirm why service-learning matters, and we’ll set the stage for future expansion and innovation.

We know you are an experienced and committed “friend of service-learning/PBL,” and we would value your voice and involvement. So please mark your calendar and plan to join us for this interactive and collaborative event. Click below to register, and feel free to encourage other interested educators to participate. We can accommodate up to 50 people, and we promise to provide a lively and productive experience for all concerned. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance (3 contact hours) for their participation.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Thoroughly enjoyable. Passion of presenters drove the 3R’s (Rigor, Relevance, Relationships) through activities that help synthesize my learning of PBL and SLP [project-based learning and service-learning projects]. The time spent developing our understanding and creating an action plan for implementation was most helpful." -- Course participant
